| Dr. Paula Moten-Tolson Dr. Paula Moten-Tolson is Executive Director of Florence Crittenton Services of San Francisco, a non-profit, community-based organization that provides residential treatment for pregnant and parenting teens; a subsidized center-based infant/toddler care program and community network of 15 family day care facilities; a vocational, educational, mentoring and training program for adolescents, young mothers and fathers; and a foster family program servicing San Francisco county. Dr. Moten-Tolson was Interim Director of the San Francisco Unified School Districts Early Child Development Program. She has 26 years of experience in early childhood development, at the executive level, in the non-profit sector. She earned her doctorate in Early and Middle Childhood Education from Nova University, and is an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) of the State of California. She holds a Masters in Social Work from Saint Louis University and Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Missouri. |
